WARRANTY:
Standard 12 months Manufacturer’s Warranty from the date of commissioning or 15 months from the date of delivery whichever comes first. Under the terms of this warranty, Prishu Horeca Solutions will repair or replace, any part(s) which, when returned in sealed containers, tagged as to serial and model numbers, with transportation charges prepaid to the factory or our service location by Prishu Horeca Solutions proves to be defective. This Warranty does not apply to equipment that has been damaged in transit, altered, abused, or where Prishu Horeca Solutions service and installation requirements are not met, replaced parts warranty expires on original product warranty expiration. Detailed warranty, terms & conditions of respective manufacture / supplier available on request, no warranty on Heating Element and Bulbs.
VALIDITY :
7 days from the above-mentioned date.

REQUIREMENTS:
At Site shall be advised after receipt of confirmed purchase order. Customer must ensure the provision of all utilities exactly as per the information provided before the visit of Prishu Horeca Solutions ’s service Engineer / Technician at site. If the installation could not be completed due to lack of any site requirement, visit shall be considered as valid and any additional visit shall be done on chargeable basis.
ARBITRATION :
In Case of any dispute or differences arising out of the contract / transaction between the parties, the same shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by the vendor. The arbitration shall be conducted under the arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 or any other statutory amendment made there to. The venue of arbitration will be Delhi and the courts of Delhi alone shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate the dispute between the parties. The award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties.
